Gardening. There is something satisfying about getting your hands dirty and enjoying the end result.

With happiness. If you are happy with what you are doing, you have succeeded.
What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
Relaxing and spending time with my family. I love having a good game night with my nieces.
What is a cause you care about?
Animals and nature. They're a gift to us that we should cherish.
What do you do with friends in your spare time?
Host (or attend) a nice dinner party. Good music, a few cocktails and the occasional neat scotch.
