Rayner brings a diverse range of experience in mortgages, from construction finance for first-time homebuyers to intricate investment deals involving multiple properties. He takes pride in his customer service, embracing a “nothing is too difficult” mindset to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
In his role as Sales Manager, Rayner supports and mentors brokers across the business, helping drive consistent client outcomes, strong lender relationships, and disciplined deal execution. He works closely with the management team to refine processes, uplift performance, and ensure best-practice advice is delivered at every stage of the client journey.
