What is the delivery rates?
Pride is taken in the roasting and manufacture of your coffee beans and the delivery service is very important - Your coffee will arrive fast and professionally packaged in a box, not a satchel.

Delivery anywhere in Australia is quoted as;

FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100
$9.95 delivery on orders under $100.


Delivery times
Coffee Bean Shop orders are roasted fresh and we take pride in fast and professional delivery - your coffee will arrive in a box, not a plastic satchel. Once your coffee is roasted, your coffee will be packaged up and sealed, packed, then lodged with our delivery agent by 4pm. Deliveries are made via courier or Australia Post.

Delivery to various locations of Australia are generally quoted as;

Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne Metro: 1-2 Days
Adelaide Metro, Hobart Metro, Country and Regional NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD: 2-3 Days
Perth, Darwin, Far North QLD, Country and Regional SA, WA, NT, TAS 3-5 Days


Deliveries in your absence
It is usually best to have your delivery made to your business hours address, or if you know you will not be home to sign for your delivery, you can take the option of having your parcel left at your front door - just leave a note at checkout.


What is the returns Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your fresh roasted coffee beans, you can return your coffee order to us for a full replacement.


Offline phone/email orders
If you prefer to order coffee beans manually rather than buy your coffee beans online, you can request a callback or contact us here. Let us know what you would like, we will take your order, arrange payment and confirm your delivery details. Bay Beans will send you an invoice, where you can pay by direct deposit, send a check or pay by credit card.
